What's the scope?
This Wholesale Customer Service Specialist role is an exciting opportunity to shape the Jeanswear brands.
As our CSR you will work proactively in order to deliver excellent service to a group of customers in terms of:
* Order management;
* Deliveries;
* Manage returns and reconcile customer debit notes; through clear and concise communication, in line with policies & procedures as defined in our Customer Service manual.
As our Wholesale Customer Service Specialist you will:
* Identify and assess customers' needs to achieve satisfaction;
* Build sustainable relationships with Customers ensuring they are informed of new products, special actions, available stock and more.
* Liaise with internal stakeholders such as the Credit Department to ensure all queries are resolved, the Planning Department to ensure full and on time coverage of orders, and the DC/Logistics to ensure special handling is carried out correctly, delivery time is respected along with transport lead-times or claims. Work closely with the Sales teams, to manage the order book and unblock any held orders.
* Ensure timely communication, in-line with customer expectations and brand objectives, highlighting any risk or opportunity.
* Support the local Marketing teams making sure all POS materials are available to our customers, and all promotional activities are well communicated into local languages following the company's guidelines.
* Handle and resolve all issues ensuring best interest of both the Customer and Company is kept at heart.
* Continuously evaluate and identify opportunities to drive process improvements that positively impact the customer's experience.
* Authorise sundry credit notes for commercial reasons (i.e. discount and price discrepancies, shortages and lost in transit) strictly following the company's guidelines and rules.
* Highlight any problems/errors regarding all issues related to Key Accounts, informing all parties involved.
* To keep direct contact with Key Accounts, promptly providing them with any needed information about their orders, shipments, DC closures, etc.
* Be ready to support the EMEA Wholesale, Retail and E-com CS teams to fill any gaps needed to ensure continuity of business.
* A degree of flexibility is needed to ensure all urgent tasks/ deadlines are completed to the timescale required.
Skills for Success:
* Happy to work in a fast paced and dynamic environment
* Customer service experience
* Experience of working within our industry would be an advantage
* Language skills; native or fluent speaker in Italian plus English
* Analytical Skills; Well organised, methodical and accurate
* Good knowledge of Microsoft office, intermediate excel skills would be an advantage.
* Excellent communication (verbally & writing) and problem-solving skills,
* Customer orientated
* Ability to work as part of a team
* High level of attention to detail
