Scope:
The Personal Assistant – Internal Communications & Marketing will provide administrative and operational support to our Consulting & Solutions team. The role involves managing day-to-day administrative tasks while also supporting marketing and communications initiatives.
You will play a key role in content creation, social media management, event coordination, and marketing campaign execution.
You will report in directly to the Head of Consulting & Solutions.
Responsibilities:
Administrative Support:
* Managing calendars, scheduling meetings, and coordinating travel arrangements.
* Handling email correspondence and responding to inquiries.
* Maintaining databases and spreadsheets for internal reporting.
* Preparing presentations, reports, and documentation.
* Managing expenses and processing invoices.
* Organising files, documents, and office resources.
* Attending meetings and taking minutes.
Marketing & Communications Support:
* Assisting in the creation and distribution of marketing materials, such as brochures, newsletters, and digital content.
* Managing and monitoring social media platforms, engaging with audiences, and responding to messages.
* Supporting the planning and execution of events, including liaising with stakeholders, customers, and external agencies.
* Conducting market research and analysing data to support marketing strategies.
* Assisting with the development of marketing campaigns to drive engagement.
* Supporting the Talent Acquisition and HR teams with content updates and employer branding activities.
General Support:
* Overseeing office supplies and equipment to maintain a smooth workflow.
* Supporting ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed.
Required Experience:
* Previous experience as a Personal Assistant, Marketing Assistant, or in an administrative role with a communications focus.
* Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple stakeholders.
* Familiarity with event coordination and project management.
* Experience handling social media and digital marketing activities is a plus.
Required Skills:
* Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Organisational Skills: Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and meet deadlines.
* Technical Proficiency: Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with marketing tools/software.
* Marketing Knowledge: Understanding of marketing principles and strategies.
* Social Media Management: Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
* Problem-Solving: Ability to think proactively and resolve challenges efficiently.
* Interpersonal Skills: Strong ability to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners.
Preferred Education:
* A degree or equivalent qualification in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or a related field is desirable but not essential.
