With a workforce of 11 to 50 employees. About the Role Our client is a highly regarded main contractor specialising in high-end residential construction. With projects ranging from £2 million to £4.5 million, they are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee the successful delivery of bespoke residential schemes from pre-construction through to final handover. The Project Manager will play a key role in planning, coordinating, and driving project performance across multiple stakeholders, ensuring works are delivered to the highest standards of quality, on time, and within budget. This position requires a proactive, detail-driven individual who can manage complex construction programmes while maintaining exceptional client service and craftsmanship on-site. About the Requirements The ideal candidate will have: At least 10 years’ experience managing high-end residential construction projects, ideally within a main contracting environment. Proven ability to run multiple aspects of a project including programming, cost control, procurement, and quality assurance. Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage site teams, subcontractors, consultants, and client relationships. An in-depth understanding of high-spec finishes, bespoke construction details, and luxury residential expectations. Excellent organisational and communication skills, with a solutions-oriented approach to problem-solving. SMSTS, CSCS, and First Aid certification. Experience delivering projects within prime London postcodes or similarly prestigious areas is highly desirable.
