How will you make an impact: The Customer Success Account Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining positive connections with clients, ensuring flawless execution of sales strategies. You will work collaboratively with internal teams to identify areas for growth and successfully implement initiatives that improve customer experience. You will be responsible for understanding and addressing our clients' short, mid, and long-term goals, ensuring a smooth experience with Thermo Fisher Scientific. What will you do: Manage the EMEA customer base MSD VDS software sales strategy for the maintenance renewal business and develop new business by working closely directly with customers and distributors Develop and complete sales strategies to achieve revenue goals within the EMEA Manage a portfolio of accounts, ensuring outstanding customer service and happiness. Regularly meet and update collaborators and customers about business activities. Identify and develop new business opportunities, with a focus on growing the breadth of our portfolio. Collaborate with service and application teams to ensure smooth planning and execution of training and consulting services. Work closely with sales, technical support, and other departments to provide clients with needed resources and information. Skills, Knowledge & Abilities: Essential At least 5 years of proven sales experience, ideally in software sales A degree or equivalent experience in business, sciences, or a relevant field. A strong collaborator who can also work independently and remotely. Outstanding communication and intercultural skills. Proven track record of success in a sales role Highly organized with outstanding attention to detail Proficient in using CRM software and other sales tools Ability to lead and manage complex negotiations Excellent business planning and organisational skills, proactive nature Willing to travel throughout the UK and internationally (up to 25%). Desire to meet and exceed sales targets in a complex and very competitive environment. Adaptable to a fast-paced high volume and high-velocity sales organisation Preferred Proficient in English. Ability to communicate confidently and concisely in various formats to diverse audiences. Experience in selling software or services to Life and material science markets Demonstrated experience managing high-value accounts and leading customer relationships
