We are looking for candidates who are going to be passionate about helping other new to market candidates find and shape their careers. Whether it’s an eye-catching LinkedIn post or a thought-provoking meeting with you, as an introducer of new talent to the tech market, our interactions shape the decisions people make in the early stages of their career. This can set them on the path to a 6-figure salary within 3-5 years and ultimately help them to achieve their personal and professional goals! The job hunt for candidates can be a tough process; however, we help candidates break into the world of SaaS sales off their potential, not experience!

Earnings & progression
We reward top performers with an accelerated commission scheme, which means the more success you have, the more you earn as a percentage of your contribution. Our commission scheme allows individuals in their first year to earn exceptional money. Someone in their first 9 months with Venatrix earned £35,661 in commission and the highest commission cheque paid for 1 month’s work is £21,579.
We have a very transparent progression structure. Everyone is given a copy of it in their first week and knows exactly what they need to achieve to have more responsibility & earning potential within the business. Depending on how quickly you scale the structure, your performance and eligibility for a promotion will be reviewed on a 3-6 month basis.
A bit about the team
We have x3 team days per week where everyone visits the office to spend time together, meet clients, attend training sessions & collaborate and the rest of the time you are welcome in the office or can work from home if you wish. We have an annual 2 week “work from anywhere” policy. We kick off & conclude our days with team catch-ups, so no matter where you are, you can still feel part of the team & in on the action!
