At Caddi Club, our community is at the core of everything we do—and we’re looking for a dynamic Community & Events Manager with a marketing edge to help share our story and grow our member base. In this role, you’ll be the creative force behind our events, the voice that engages our members, and the strategist who uses marketing insights to strengthen our community’s bonds.
What You’ll Do:
• Event Curation: Design and execute memorable events that foster engagement and bring our brand to life in creative ways including competitions, on course days and trips abroad.
• Community Marketing: Use your marketing expertise to share the Caddi Club story across channels, creating engaging content that captures our unique culture and keeps members excited to participate.
• Relationship Building: Be a connector who builds meaningful relationships with members, club captains and understanding what matters to them and making every interaction count.
• Engagement Strategy: Develop and implement marketing strategies to boost member retention, grow referrals, and ensure every member feels valued and connected to our story.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage marketing data to refine approaches, track engagement metrics, and celebrate community successes, ensuring a lasting impact.
About You:
* 5 years minimum of marketing experience
• You’re a people person with a marketing mindset, skilled at combining strategy with authentic storytelling.
• You bring hands-on experience in marketing, especially in content creation, social media, or
brand engagement.
• You’re creative, proactive, and innovative, always thinking of fresh ways to engage and inspire.
• You know how to measure success, adapt strategies, and optimize for community growth and satisfaction.
