We’re looking for an experienced CRM Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital strategy and optimise customer interactions across multiple brands within the business. What you will be doing:
1. Creating a customer-focused, multi-channel digital marketing strategy
2. Leveraging data-driven insights to design and execute multi-channel campaigns
3. Developing and nurturing a rich pipeline of leads and prospects
4. Managing email campaigns, including segmentation, A/B testing and performance analysis
5. Utilising marketing automation tools to optimise workflows
6. Working with the brand manager to align content strategies with marketing goals
7. Taking ownership of the company website, driving continuous improvement
8. Contributing towards the creation of our unrivalled end-to-end customer experience
