Fantastic opportunity has arisen as an Assistant Management Accountant required to join a multi-site retail company based in central London on a 6-month fixed term contract basis.

Responsibilities:
1. Assist in posting revenue for site and franchises
2. Assist in posting royalty income and posting and reconciling all delivery partner revenue
3. Assist in posting retail commissions in accordance with the contract
4. Assist in reviewing and accruing all cost of goods sold for restaurants and retail
5. Assist in franchisee invoicing (deposit invoices and monthly revenue invoices), posting all recharges and making sure all payments are made in accordance with the contracts.
6. Assist in bank postings and reconciliation
7. Assist in aged accounts receivable reconciliation
8. Assisting in the preparation of site P&Ls at month end including raising of any necessary accruals and prepayments.
9. Assist in site by site reviews of P&Ls explaining any large variances to budget.
10. Assist in balance sheet reconciliations to be prepared and uploaded to ADRA for review monthly.
11. Other ad hoc duties as required.
Requirements:
1. Accuracy and organisational skills
2. Advanced excel skills.
3. Studying towards a professional qualification (ACCA, CIMA)
4. Experience of working within a multi-site organisation would be advantageous.
5. Strong communication skills and an ability to manage key relationships both internally and with external partners.
6. Positive can-do attitude and takes pride and ownership of their work
