Join Our Team as an HR Administrator Exceed has an exciting opportunity for an HR Administrator to join our team. They will work closely with the HR Manager and HR Coordinator providing effective administrative support to all HR processes and systems and ensuring a high level of service to the business and clients is maintained. Role responsibilities will include: Effective day to day HR administrative support as required to support all HR processes Maintain HR files and systems, ensuring all filing and record updates are completed accurately Support onboarding & leaving administration Support compensation and benefits administration Maintain training records & support training coordination/administration Maintain offshore personnel tracker Create Purchase Orders as required Manage Emergency Response Duty handovers Support development and implementation of new HR projects and initiatives Assist with development of internal HR guidance and training documentation ACCOUNTABILITIES: Accurate HR data input and record keeping Ensure HR information remains confidential and is recorded and maintained accurately Compliance with data protection legislation Establish effective professional working relationships Continuous improvement of HR processes EXPERIENCE: Experience working in an administrative capacity Experience working within the energy industry is preferable but not essential Basic knowledge of HR processes and best practice is preferable but not essential PERSONAL ATTRIBUTES & SKILLS: Enthusiastic, proactive and keen to advance within the HR profession Personable and a team player Flexible and adaptable, able to prioritise multiple tasks and changing priorities effectively under pressure Able to work in a fast-paced environment Able to propose solutions and solve problems Strong administrative and organisation skills Excellent attention to detail Proficient with Microsoft Office packages, particularly Word, Excel and Outlook
