We would like to invite applications for the role of Trade Marketing Executive.
Location: we are happy to consider candidates located in a commutable distance to our site in Ridings Point. We have a hybrid approach to home-working!
A Day in the Life of a Trade Marketing Executive…
* You will implement trade & category strategy by channel and customer for the Teva businesses in collaboration with the UK Sales and marketing teams
* You will support to develop and implement annual trade & category plans by channel/account to accelerate growth across the brand portfolio in line with the approved 5 year business plan and brand strategy
* You will liaise with the OTC analyst function in Commercial Excellence and key market and customer data partners to generate the data required for category & shopper insights for both internal and external stakeholders
* You will support with development of category management insight to feed into retailer range reviews, build relationships with key customers and to identify opportunities for Teva business growth
* You will define the shopper marketing strategy by account and execute & roll out best in class POS materials to ensure shopper activation delivers defined objectives, collaborating with the UK sales and marketing teams to ensure that all sales and marketing is coordinated to create synergy in store
* You will execute in-store promotional strategy and support with all year-round ROI analysis to measure success and generate learnings
* You will research and share competitor insights and best practices
* You will be responsible for internal EPOS/market share and support with adhoc reporting to wider OTC team

Do you have…?
* Experience in Trade/Shopper Marketing ideally in an FMCG/Consumer Healthcare environment
* Knowledge of the retail landscape, understanding the market dynamics, customer segments and the external factors to create and implement successful plans with key partners
* Track record of planning and implementing activations in a range of channels/accounts
* Excellent communication skills, both internal and external, to build robust working relationships
* Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel
