Talent Attraction Manager
Job Type – Permanent, Hybrid
Location – Central Support, Hemel Hempstead – with some travel to our amazing parks
What we need, in a nutshell:
We’re seeking an enthusiastic Talent Attraction Manager to help build an industry leading employee value proposition that attracts both active and passive candidates. In this exciting new role, you will work with the Head of People Operations to craft and oversee our end-to-end recruitment process helping to develop both internal processes and management recruitment capability.

What you’ll be doing:
Working with the Head of People Operations to develop talent attraction and resourcing plans that separate us from the competition. Alongside some exciting project work, you will actively search to recruit talent into our key Central Support and operational management roles.

* In cooperation with hiring managers, lead the end-to-end management of the recruitment process for key appointments. Advise on the best hiring strategy and manage expectations of stakeholders.
* Work to build and optime the internal and external recruitment processes. Working with the Head of People Operations to operationalise the talent attraction strategy.
* Use the latest sourcing channels to pro-actively source candidates (active and passive).
* Manage the feedback and offer process to candidates in continuous cooperation with the hiring manager.
* Responsible for management, utilisation and development of our ATS system.
* Build reporting mechanisms that measures talent and attraction ‘health’.
* Work with the wider People team and hiring managers to scope and build requirements for new roles to the organisation.
* Manage the PSL with external recruitment agencies, ensuring that agreed terms are competitive and aligned with internal Away Resorts policy.
* Work to actively reduce reliance on spend of external agencies.
* Manage relationship with third parties, including LinkedIn and Indeed looking to identify efficiency opportunities.
Skills, experience and qualities you’ll need:
* Previous experience working in talent acquisition, either internal or agency
* Ability to recruit mid to senior level management
* Firm management of PSL and external agency relationships
* Ability to work with senior stakeholder at C-Suite level
* Evaluate and manage complicated priorities
* Negotiating terms and conditions skills
* Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
