Job Title: Learning Analyst (HR)
Location: London - 3 days onsite a week
Contract: 12 months with potential for extension
Salary: £32,000-33,000 PA

The Academy | EMEA team is looking for a Learning Analyst to join their dynamic group, where your contributions will support the growth and success of employees across the region.
Responsibilities
1. Manage and deliver a comprehensive portfolio of learning initiatives.
2. Take ownership of the EMEA Financial Products curriculum, collaborating with external vendors and internal global faculty to design and deliver impactful training programmes.
3. Shape the Applications & Tools pathway, ensuring it remains current and effective.
4. Create engaging marketing campaigns to promote learning offerings.
5. Lead the implementation of client-specific learning events and manage advanced technologies like VR headsets.
6. Support regional campus programmes, particularly during the entry-level training period in July and August.
7. Maintain experiential learning tools and promote professional skills training.
8. Assist with the rollout of vertical academy initiatives and manage on-site logistics for training events.
9. Engage in activities that strengthen the team’s operational efficiency.
10. Partner with the Talent team to tailor learning solutions and maintain governance processes for compliance.
11. Liaise with vendors, oversee purchase orders, NDAs, and invoice processing.
12. Manage the shared mailbox and respond to client queries promptly and professionally.

The Academy | EMEA is a close-knit team of approximately eight professionals, primarily based in Camberley and London. Together, they strive to serve their clients with creativity and innovation, supporting strategic priorities through tailored learning solutions. As a vital part of this team, you will have opportunities to collaborate with colleagues across all lines of business and the broader HR function.
Skills/Experience:
The ideal candidate will bring experience from financial or professional services and excel in managing multiple priorities with exceptional time management skills. Outstanding communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and a high level of proficiency in tools like Microsoft Office, learning systems, and virtual platforms will ensure your success in this role.
