Neway are looking for a Children's Safeguarding Lawyer to join our client based with Thurrock Council.
This role is starting asap, working 30 hours a week in an ongoing contract.
We are looking for an experienced and enthusiastic children’s safeguarding lawyer to join our friendly & supportive team. The successful candidate will undertake stimulating and rewarding work with the satisfaction that comes from helping to achieve better outcomes for vulnerable children and young people.
You will be qualified solicitor, barrister or chartered legal executive, able and committed to working in a flexible manner.
You will be expected to manage a caseload of children’s safeguarding matters and provide high quality advice to our clients.
Experience of children’s safeguarding is essential. Local Government experience would be an advantage
