You will work with Discipline Leads, Senior Designers and other Designers and colleagues within the Visual Communications team. The overall purpose of this role is to deliver design-led Visual Communications projects to a consistently high quality, developing new techniques and skills to ensure the way Arup communicates is industry leading. Working with multidisciplinary designers they will work in teams or individually on projects with Marketing and Communications colleagues. You will be responsible for delivering visual communications projects that could include document and presentation design, technical and creative illustration, animation and video production. Checking work on projects with Senior Designers to ensure quality, consistency and briefs are met. Maintaining an awareness of new techniques, tools and approaches that can be adopted at Arup to continually improve our creative output. Is this role right for you? We are looking for people who have: A degree in Design, Visual Communications or related subject Exceptional design skills and close attention to detail to deliver concepts, design and delivery. Flexibility and can adapt their approach to ensure briefs are met successfully. Are highly collaborative and able to develop and deliver visual communications projects with design teams to the highest quality Technical expertise; Adobe Suite; design layout, good illustration skills, conceptual, creative.
