A change driven RSL with offices in the Northeast are looking for an experienced Application Support Analyst to join their team. This role will be majority home based with a requirement to attend one of their offices in the Northeast from time to time (approximately 3 or 4 times per year).
You will be responsible for the support and development of the business systems as part of a wider IT team. You will support system development, cross-platform integration and some cyber security. Alongside business-as-usual support, you will also be involved in a wide range of upcoming systems projects as part of your day-to-day role. Some basic coding/scripting is required for this role.
Essential Skills:
* Experience working as an Application Support Analyst, Systems Analyst or similar, within a commercial setting
* System development / configuration
* Integration
* Analysis, requirement gathering & technical documentation
* Excellent third-party supplier relationship/management track record
* PowerShell/ Exchange PowerShell/ basic coding and scripting
* Understanding of cyber security best practices
* Testing & deployment
* Good understanding of Azure platform & Office 365 including SharePoint and Teams
