Role Overview
We are currently looking for a Front Office Reporting Analyst to join the Front Office Business Management team on a permanent basis in London. This role is well suited to a conscientious and data-driven individual with strong analysis and problem-solving skills. In this role, you will have high exposure to the RLAM front office with daily interactions with business stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities
* Working with the management team to ensure that risk registers are up to date and accurate.
* Support control assurance testing, including key reports testing, in accordance with plan and framework.
* Maintain the Front Office system estate with regards to user access and permissions.
* Testing and implementation of system enhancements.
* Creation and provision of Management Information feeding into risk, controls & governance processes.
* Automation of Front Office controls/reports.
* Building process maps showing key controls and used to identify any additional control requirements.
About You
* Capability of working with large data sets to produce management information and improve processes.
* IT skills including Excel, Power BI, Power Automate.
* Understanding of risk management, change, and project management methodologies.
* Knowledge and experience of Asset Management (Front Office) processes, products, and controls, either directly or in a consultancy capacity.
* Previous experience in a Front Office environment is desirable, including an understanding of Fund Management daily routines and processes.
* Technical knowledge of Order Management Systems, tools such as Aladdin and trading platforms is desirable.
