Working as part of the e-Rostering team the post holder will support the effective rostering implementation and ongoing use of the Trust rostering system. This will be across all areas of the Trust through the provision of training, coaching and support to all staff.
The implementation and ongoing use of the system will result in significant change to culture, processes and interpretation of policies. The post holder will be required to support staff through this cultural change and be sensitive to anxieties that will arise due to these these changes
The post holder will work under the supervision and direction of the ERoster & Temporary Staffing Manager to ensure and enable the effective utilisation of the Health Roster system.
The post holder will be a confident and expert user of the Health Roster system and as part of their role will prepare and deliver training and coaching to all levels of Trust staff.
The post holder will be required to provide assistance and guidance in all aspects of the system ensuring that the system is utilised to deliver fair, safe and efficient rosters.
Be responsible for assisting staff to collect and analyse highly complex data including shift patterns and hours in order to develop, test, deploy and support end user requirements.
The post holder will have good understanding of NHS Terms & Conditions and how these correlate to effective rostering and temporary staffing practice and be confident in sharing their knowledge with colleagues at all levels.
