We have an excellent opportunity available for a Customer Service Administrator to join an ever-growing company based in Hagley Working in a busy installs department, you will work alongside the Department Supervisor ensuring work is booked in with engineers and completed successfully. Other duties of the role include Calling engineers checking availability Booking engineers in for works to be complete Sending all information to engineers prior to the job start Chase job sheets once work has completed Inputting all data onto internal systems Communicating at all levels Keeping all parties up to date at all times The right candidate Must have strong communication skills Hold at least 1 years customer service experience Be computer literate Have an eye for detail This role would be ideal for a Junior level candidate or someone wanting to get into a busy office environment as full training will be provided Hours Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5.00pm, Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm Salary £22,000 to £24,000pa depending on experience Immediate start for the right person
