An excellent opportunity has become available in our Local Plans team for a project administrator to help with the review of the Councils Local Plan. The post involves managing the administration of the review from taking minutes of meetings with the Councils strategic partners, arranging and liaising with partners and Councillors to set up meetings, assisting with consultation events, proof-reading documents and assisting with monitoring the local plan and evidence gathering.
The postholder will form part of an existing highly motivated and enthusiastic Local Plans Team, who are embarking upon the partial update of the Council`s Local Plan, adopted in 2017.
About you
We are ideally seeking both an experienced and motivated administrator, with a wide range of well-developed administrative skills, and a track record in delivery. Applicants should be willing to work as part of a team, work with local Councillors and embrace new ways of working.
