Are you a Service Engineer or similar looking to move off the tools within a supervisory role where you will be responsible for supporting engineers, and be the first line of support for customers within the tight-knit, long established UK subsidiary of a global leading company offering the opportunity to continually develop your career through specialist training and progression?
This well-established company are the UK subsidiary company of a multi-billion turnover company who provide a range of packaging and labelling solutions for a varied client base primarily within the F&B and Ecommerce sectors. They have seen continual growth since their establishment in 1978 and due to an ever increasing workload are looking to further grow their team.
On a daily basis your responsibilities will be split between aftersales and supporting the service team. You will check specifications from the sales team, then send these to the manufacturing team in Germany, once back you then arrange an engineer to attend the installation and any subsequent servicing. Further to this you will support engineers with their daily workload / jobs list etc. as you oversee engineers across a regional patch in the UK.
