What You’ll Be Doing…
The Coordinator to the Clinical Care Team will provide administrative and operational support to ensure the efficient functioning of clinical care services. This role involves coordinating schedules, managing communications, and assisting with various tasks to support the Director of Home Care and care management team in delivering high-quality patient care.
Some Of Your Responsibilities Will Be
* Serve as the primary point of contact for internal and external communications, including responding to inquiries and relaying messages.
* Manage client queries and complaints, including new client enquiries and those related to financial plans through to resolution.
* Routinely and actively seek client/carer/advocate feedback on client well-being and satisfaction with services. Following assessment, ensure care plans are completed.
* Maintain and update monthly client entries, leave and exits for mandatory claims reporting.
* Establish client data and paperwork, including advanced financial plans (client budgets) where required.
What You Will Need…
* Bachelor’s degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or related field
* Proficiency in Arabic is highly desirable
* Minimum 2 years of experience in aged care / healthcare setting, preferably in a coordination or administrative role
* Excellent organisational and time management skills
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and healthcare management software
* Ability to work independently or as part of a team
* Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities
