Your role will be to design and lead creative arts workshops that are both engaging and therapeutic, bringing out the best in each person, whether in a group setting or during one-to-one sessions. Drawing and painting skills are required, as you’ll guide participants in exploring their creativity, helping them retain existing skills, rediscover joy, and explore new ones. Through your leadership, you will create a nurturing environment where creativity becomes a tool for emotional well-being, social connection, and personal growth.
Beyond the workshops, you’ll play a key role in organising art exhibitions and activities that enrich the lives of those you support. These activities offer not only a chance to enjoy new experiences but also provide opportunities to build stronger bonds within the community.
