Key Account Manager - Navenby - 28,000 / 32,000 ALH Recruitment are looking to recruit a Key Account Manager with immediate effect for our client who are based very close to Navenby, in Lincolnshire. Job Purpose: Key Account Manager - day-to-day delivery, Including liaising customers, internal teams and administrative support. The role is essential for fostering strong relationships with our client's key clients and ensuring their needs are met efficiently. This position requires a proactive individual who can communicate effectively and analyse client requirements to provide tailored solutions. The ideal candidate will possess leadership qualities and experience to manage account details and track performance. Main Duties: To abide by & promote health & safety, ensuring all approved policies & processes are followed. Proactive communication - provision of exceptional communication to the client - using portals, email, and phone. Internal communication - To liaise with all departments within the company to ensure jobs are completed within agreed timeframes. Computer system - ensuring this is maintained, real-time, to reflect daily interactions with the customer and taking ownership of each job monitoring it from start to finish. To take full ownership of jobs within the office, ensuring that each department functions and exceeds the service levels required by the customer, via liaison with relevant department Coordinators and Managers in a constructive manner. To communicate on a regular basis with customers (to include weekly reports). To act as the point of contact for customer service enquiries and issues. Update & manage customer portals To support customer services for all customer chases and requests (the customer response is the responsibility of the account manager) To take ownership of the customer portal management (Verisae & others) to include o Improvement and management of statistics Exception reporting o Follow through and chasing of aged/aging jobs o Assisting and guiding the office team on improving engineer’s portal usage o Regular communication with Customer account manager and feedback/reporting on progression with account. To produce management statistics to customers. To ensure weekly communications are held with all customers. To arrange/attend monthly/quarterly review meetings with the client’s administration to discuss any issues from an operational point of view (attend off-site meetings with Account Manager. To chase up outstanding debts for Finance. All administration. Any other duties as requested by the Directors or Line Manager.
