This role offers the opportunity to lead by example, support our clients, and assist our team in delivering exceptional care.
What You’ll Do:
* Assist clients with their daily routines, offering companionship and ensuring their safety and comfort.
* Conduct client assessments and reviews, including care planning and risk assessments.
* Manning the on-call phone on rotation with the office team, providing timely support.
* Navigate and work effectively on our Birdie support system (computer skills required).
* Build and maintain strong working relationships with Social Workers, GPs, staff team, clients, and their families.
* Act as a role model for the care team, promoting best practices and teamwork.
What We’re Looking For:
* Minimum Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care with at least 2 years of experience.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to work well under pressure and in stressful situations.
* A team player with a proactive and flexible approach to support the business and clients.
* Availability for flexible hours, including every other weekend.
* A valid UK driver’s license and access to a vehicle.
* Fluency in English and a caring, compassionate approach to care.
