International Management Placement Intern 2025 (Business Analyst)

We are seeking a data-loving & pro-active individual who wants to become a Business Analyst Intern at Sony Europe! This role is made for a student with a passion and natural interest for data, business planning and analysis.
The purpose of this role is all about producing, interpreting, and reporting on data relating to inventory and pricing, sales orders and sales performance. The results you help to generate will define our marketing, pricing, and buying strategies as well as supporting market forecasts. You'll be part of the team providing inspiration for how we market many of our highest-profile and most profitable products!
Throughout this placement, you will:
* Drive daily, weekly & monthly reporting and analysis across the organisation.
* Support the data interpretation to help the businesses understand and speed up the decision-making process.
* Be involved with budget preparation and planning processes for the coming year.
* Work with the internal digital transformation team on automatization processes, Power BI development and implementation of other analytical tools.
* Collaborate with various internal and external partners to improve operational efficiency.
You will bring:
* Enthusiastic and proactive demeanour to working on ever-evolving activities.
* Excellent organisation skills alongside, preferred, experience in an office environment.
* Strong analytical skills and ability to deal with large sets of data.
* Excellent communication skills with the ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team.
* Proficiency in MS Office (e.g., Excel - Pivot tables, Lookups; SharePoint; Power BI).
Our recruitment process
