Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders across client organizations. Promote MyOutreach’s customer service ethos, ensuring a premium client experience. Identify and capitalize on opportunities for business growth within existing accounts and by securing new clients. Oversee contract negotiations and renewals to ensure client retention. Work collaboratively with internal teams to provide customized marketing solutions that meet client goals. Track and report on account performance, ensuring client expectations are consistently exceeded. Address and resolve client issues efficiently, offering proactive solutions. Contribute insights for the continuous enhancement of our service offerings. Essential Skills and Qualifications for Success Proven experience of hitting and exceeding quota in a sales based role Capability and willingness to travel to our Canterbury location 2 days per week Outstanding communication and negotiation skills. Expertise in building and nurturing long-term client relationships. Familiarity with CRM tools, Excel and data analysis techniques. Ability to work efficiently in a hybrid work environment while collaborating with diverse teams.
