Registered Manager – 2-Bed EBD Children’s Home
Location: Lytham St. Annes (Lancashire)
Salary: Up to £52,000 per annum + £8Kpa in bonuses
Are you an experienced Registered Manager or an ambitious Deputy Manager ready to step up and lead an operational children’s home?

Key Responsibilities
As the Registered Manager, you’ll be responsible for:
* Building and Inspiring a Team: Develop, and lead a skilled care team, fostering a positive and motivated work environment.
* Delivering Personalised Care: Develop and manage individual care plans to support the emotional, social, and educational development of each young person.
* Ensuring High Standards: Maintain the highest standards of care, with a focus on sustaining Ofsted 'Good' or 'Outstanding' ratings.
* Managing Resources: Oversee budgets and resources effectively, ensuring the highest standards of safety and care.
* Collaborating with Stakeholders: Establish and maintain strong working relationships with families, external agencies, and local authorities to ensure comprehensive support for the young people.
About You
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced individual who brings:
* Experience: Proven track record as a Registered Manager or extensive experience as a Deputy Manager in EBD children’s residential care.
* Qualifications: Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Children and Young People’s Services (or equivalent) or working towards it.
* Ofsted Expertise: A solid history of successful involvement in Ofsted inspections with positive outcomes.
* Leadership Skills: Strong leadership and organisational abilities to inspire, guide, and manage your team effectively.
* Passion: A genuine commitment to improving the lives of children and young people with complex needs.
* Therapeutic Approach: A strong belief in child-centred, therapeutic care to create a nurturing, positive home environment.
