What you will get in your new role
* This is a full-time role, based on 37.5 hours across Monday to Saturday office opening hours.
* Ideal location with excellent transport links to City Centre, Glasgow.
* Up to £27,000 per annum depending on experience.

Responsibilities in your new role as Travel Sales Executive
You will be responsible for responding to enquiries and offering a high quality end-to-end customer experience. You will listen and respond to the customer’s needs then organise everything from accommodation to activities to travel in order to provide a unique service, working in partnership with local businesses who share a commitment to quality and customer service.
Your personality, experience and qualifications
The ideal candidate will have strong sales skills supported by excellent customer service. Fluent in English, you will demonstrate keen attention to detail in both literacy and numeracy. Thriving in a fast-paced yet supportive small team, you will be a quick learner with strong initiative, as micromanagement is not part of the company culture. Strong communication skills, IT proficiency, and a good knowledge of Scotland’s geography are also desirable. Prior experience working for an airline, travel agents or similar would be ideal but is not essential.
