Position: Site Administrator Location: Hartlepool Power Station: 14/04/2025 - 04/07/2025 Heysham 1 Power Station: 01/09/2025 - 17/11/2025 (There may be potential for additional assignments in between.) Role Overview: We are seeking an experienced Site Administrator to support operations at nuclear power stations around the UK, on a contract basis. This role involves providing administrative and logistical support to ensure the smooth running of projects during planned outages and maintenance schedules. The position requires adaptability, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to meet demanding deadlines in a highly regulated environment. Key Responsibilities: Serve as the primary administrative support for site teams, managers, and engineers. Coordinate site access and liaise with contractors and visitors, ensuring compliance with safety and security protocols. Manage and process contractor timesheets, expenses, and purchase reconciliations. Maintain accurate documentation and records related to project operations. Monitor costs, resources, and schedules to support project goals. Organise hotel accommodation and travel arrangements for staff, including international team members. Control office inventory, ensuring supplies are maintained efficiently. Communicate effectively with all stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
