Company Overview
You will be joining a very well-known and well-established global Entertainment business as their Talent Acquisition Specialist on an initial three month contract basis (with potential for extension). This role will report directly into the Talent Acquisition Manager and you will provide support to the London office as well as the Czech Republic and Switzerland offices. You will be based in the London office full-time, with some flexibility on occasion to work from home.
Role Responsibilities
In your new role, you will be responsible for managing the full recruitment process for multiple roles across the business including assisting in the development of job descriptions, posting job openings on LinkedIn/various job boards, monitoring and processing applications and providing feedback to candidates following their interviews. You will be responsible for scheduling interviews and coordinating hiring managers' diaries. You will conduct extensive background checks on candidates and oversee onboarding/induction processes to ensure the smooth integration of new employees.
Role Requirements
To be considered for this role, you will need to have at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar Talent role and ideally be coming from a Gaming, Entertainment or Technology background. Candidates must be immediately available or available to start at short notice. You will be a highly organised and self-motivated individual with outstanding communication skills and a demonstrable passion for your chosen career path. You will have a fantastic work ethic and possess the ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative, close-knit and high-performing team. You will be a dedicated problem-solver with the ability to manage multiple conflicting deadlines. You will have a high level of discretion and confidentiality, with the ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment with multiple stakeholders at various levels.

The salary/day rate for this role will be entirely dependent on experience + Benefits and this package will be regularly reviewed to remain in line with market rate. A;though you will start on an initial 3 month contract, you will be joining a very well-established, highly regarded and prestigious Entertainment business that can potentially provide further opportunities in the future. You will be part of a close-knit and highly supportive team who will be there to assist with your transition into the business as well as your continued learning and development. You will be based in a fantastic area of London, close to multiple transport links and top restaurants, with the chance to work from home every now and again.
