* Providing transparency and visibility by tracking and reporting team-level delivery metrics and radiating information
* Driving the adoption of engineering practices such as test-driven development, pair-programming, automated testing, and continuous delivery to improve the quality and reliability of the team’s deliverables
* Promoting and supporting the engineering team’s agile development methodologies and actively participating in the continual improvement of these
* Facilitating discussion and conflict resolution, empowering the team to self-organize and manage
* Taking responsibility for coaching and mentoring team members on agile values, principles, and practices
Qualifications
Who we're looking for:
* Holding a Certified Scrum Master certification (PSM1 and/or 2 or equivalent)
* Ideally a SAFe Agile accreditation/experience or other Lean delivery approaches (desirable)
* A strong understanding of agile values, principles, and practices
* A detailed knowledge of the full software delivery lifecycle and KPIs using agile methodologies
* Experience as a Scrum Master and in applying Scrum or XP engineering practices
* Demonstrable leadership and the ability to lead people of varying capabilities and backgrounds
* An understanding of architectural design principles and patterns, and software development in a DevOps/CI/CD environment
