The role
This role will be responsible for all aspects of Lettings. You will provide excellent customer service to tenants and landlords providing a complete service. You will be part of a dynamic lettings team who are responsible for delivering efficient administration and effective marketing for a diverse portfolio of properties all over the Northwest area.
As a Lettings Negotiator, your day-today will consist of answering calls, meeting new landlords / tenants, doing move ins and check-ins for tenants, doing inventories, managing accounts, and doing all necessary admin.
The right fit
* Experience of working in lettings environment is essential.
* We are looking for someone with a strong and positive can do attitude.
* ARLA qualification is desirable (higher end of the salary band given if already qualified).
* Excellent written verbal and communication and interpersonal skills.
* Work flexibly and adapt to changing environment.
* Ability to demonstrate empathy in dealing and resolving dispute situations.
* Knowledge of CRM systems.
* Full driving license and access to car.
