We help people who are on low incomes or welfare benefits to find and maintain suitable accommodation. Your contributions will directly influence the lives of our service users, guiding them towards a path of empowerment and independence.A day will never look the same and some of the things you can expect to do/be responsible for are:Identify and secure properties in the private and social rented sectors to meet housing targets.Build and maintain relationships with landlords, letting agents, and property owners to create a pipeline of quality, affordable housing.Attend property viewings to assess suitability and ensure properties meet health and safety standards.Negotiate tenancy terms that benefit both landlords and tenants.Market the service to landlords and promote the benefits of working with us, using clear, persuasive communication.Work with internal teams to match clients with suitable properties quickly and effectively.Provide ongoing support to both landlords and tenants to sustain tenancies and address challenges.Identify risks related to housing or tenant suitability and work proactively to resolve them.Help tenants settle into their homes by coordinating with caseworkers and other team members.
