What you’ll be doing:
Managing and creating Strategic Weapon competency reports for the Submarine Enterprise
Planning and executing assurance activities to ensure all supporting evidence is auditable
Identifying, assessing and managing the SWO (Strategic Weapons Organisation) Governance Dashboard and actions
Managing and organising stakeholders for the individual departmental yearly review of the Business Continuity Management
Supporting the development and implementation of tailored training/experiential learning activities to meet company and customer specific requirements
Holding and facilitating advanced problem-solving sessions around SWO issues
Your skills and experiences:
PM qualification or equivalent by experience
Strong stakeholder engagement with the ability to guide and influence
Comprehensive understanding of training management
A solid understanding of submarine operations would be beneficial

The Strategic Weapon Capability team:
