Deliver multi-channel campaigns across SEO, PR & Content. Lead digital strategy discussions and plans. Ensuring the delivery of projects on time and within budget. Collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction. Identifying opportunities for account growth. Providing regular performance reports to clients. Keeping up-to-date with the latest digital trends in the Media & Agency industry. Profile A successful Senior Digital Account Manager should have: Strong experience within a client services role. Previous experience managing multiple accounts across different sectors. Experience at a digital marketing agency The ability to pitch to prospective clients. Great understanding of multi-channels campaigns across SEO, Content & Paid Media. Proven experience in managing digital accounts and projects. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. The ability to lead digital strategy discussions and plans. A solid understanding of digital marketing trends and tools.
