Role: HR Business Partner - Frasers Property UK
Location: South Kensington, London - Hybrid Working available (3 days in the office, 2 days working from home)
An exciting opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join Frasers Property UK and be an integral member of the People & Culture team. As the HR Business Partner, you will be responsible for delivering our People & Culture strategy for the Commercial and Residential business in the UK. This includes being a true culture carrier, providing professional advice and delivering HR cyclical activities and administration. Our People & Culture strategy is focused on:

What you’ll be doing as a HR Business Partner:
* Support a culture of continuous learning by identifying and implementing training solutions, facilitating 360 feedback, and assisting with talent reviews and succession planning.
* Promote company values, drive engagement initiatives, and coordinate the bi-annual culture survey with action plans for improvement.
* Manage wellbeing benefits, execute mental health strategies, and provide resources, training, and support to foster a positive work environment.
* Contribute to the DEI strategy, analyse survey results, monitor market trends, and organize training to promote an inclusive workplace.
* Support annual salary reviews by gathering market data, preparing analytics, and facilitating calibration meetings.
* Manage end-to-end recruitment, from job specifications and interviews to issuing contracts and onboarding new hires.
* Oversee performance reviews, goal setting, and development plans, providing coaching to managers on performance improvement and talent retention.
* Administer monthly payroll in collaboration with an external agency and ensure policies align with current legislation.
* Produce key people reports, contribute to sustainability reporting, and leverage Power BI for data-driven decision-making.
* Maintain and update the Employee Handbook, deliver training sessions on company policies, and ensure best practices are upheld.
What we’re looking for:
* Good knowledge of HR best practices and a proactive approach.
* Willingness to learn and build a career in HR.
* Ability to develop solutions and processes from start to finish.
* Excellent interpersonal skills to build relationships with key stakeholders (internal & external).
* Strong commercial awareness, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
* Good grasp of Excel to analyse and present data (pivot tables, graphs, vlookups, if statements).
* Sleeves rolled up approach and a positive, can-do attitude.
* Proven experience in partnering with the business and delivering end to end HR practices.
* Experience in working with online HR platforms (e.g. Success Factors, Workday).
* CIPD membership or Associate level preferred.
