Job Title: Project Manager

Location: Remote – US Based; must have the authorization to work in the US in a W-2 capacity, without restriction
FLSA Status: Salaried, W-2 position
Hours: 8:30 am to 5 pm EST – Business Hours
Salary Range: $75,000 to $95,000

Position Summary
The Project Manager will plan and manage all standard cross functional projects across the organization, including consolidated tracking and reporting. Their main duties include coordinating production releases and project/program implementations, delegating tasks to the necessary cross functional teams and reporting on projects’ progress and results. In addition, they will serve as the Marketing Project Manager, managing the project aspects of all key Marketing projects and initiatives.
Essential Responsibilities:
1. Manages repeatable standard cross functional team projects for scope, timeline and budget adherence, including tracking, reporting and companywide status communications.
2. Work with the Director, Project Management and team leads for decisions impacting budget limits, timeline constraints, bandwidth issues.
3. Receives, reviews and organizes all cross functional project submissions for prioritization and approval.
4. Work cross-functionally and assist other department team leads to manage work volume, team capacity and interdependencies across all projects.
5. Manages assigned Marketing projects to ensure adherence to budget, schedule, and scope of project.
6. Assigns Marketing Team project tasks and responsibilities and oversees workflow of project staff.
7. Creates and manages standard templates for consolidated project tracking for all cross functional standard (repeatable) projects across all impacted teams.
8. Tracks project milestones; manages and accounts for unforeseen delays, then realigns schedules and expectations as needed.
9. Implements project communication plans, providing status updates to impacted team leads and stakeholders.
10. Participates in the design and/or testing phases of all projects.
11. Mitigates and problem solves for risks or challenges prior to effecting deliverables to ensure smooth project execution.
12. Maintains detailed records of project management processes in Asana.
13. Collects, analyzes, and summarizes information and trends as needed to prepare project status reports.
14. Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools, and techniques to continuously improve processes.
15. Keep abreast of developments by learning new systems, methods and processes associated with project management.
16. Perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Educational/Experience Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in business administration, project management or other applicable field with emphasis in Marketing; experience in related field or relevant field required.
2. A minimum of three years of applicable experience required.

1. Detail-oriented with strong organization, multi-tasking, and tracking skills.
2. Excellent analytical, logical thinking, and problem-solving skills.
3. Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, including an awareness of change management principles.
4. Thorough understanding of project management principles and planning.
5. Thorough understanding of information technology procedures and practices.
6. Proficient with, or able to quickly become proficient with, a range of general and specialized applications, software, and hardware used in the organization and the industry.
7. Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Suite, Asana or related software.
8. Ability to motivate groups of people to complete a project in a timely manner.
9. Ability to develop strong relationships with team members.
10. Solid, independent worker capable of managing several similar project tasks simultaneously.
11. Positive and team-oriented attitude and approach to getting work done.
