You are caring and enjoy helping others to visit the centre and stay active. As our next CSA, you’ll be efficient and instrumental in providing advice and guidance on activities on offer. You’re not the type to be unapproachable, provide poor advice, or create problems for others. What’s important to you is encouraging customers to take part in leisure activities and ensure they return with a smile. You enjoy taking action and want to resolve customer problems and queries. You will have the opportunity to progress via one of our fabulous training opportunities.
