Ezmuve Estate Agents are looking for a full-time Office Assistant to support our flourishing team. This is a great opportunity for someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, and would enjoy providing administrative support and great customer service to a fast-paced Estate Agency.
The preferred candidate will be organised, computer literate, punctual, upbeat and energetic with excellent use of the English language.
Based at our office in Batley, the role requires the successful candidate to be capable of working on their own and as part of a busy, fast-paced team.
Duties
1. Provide administrative support to ensure efficient operation of the office
2. Answer and direct phone calls in a polite and professional manner
3. Assist in resolving any administrative problems
4. Input and modify data on our internal CRM system
5. Schedule and coordinate appointments for surveyors, valuers, and the branch manager
6. Organize and maintain filing systems
7. Manage solicitors and sales progression
8. Book, generate, and attend property viewings
9. Follow up viewing appointments with phone calls
10. Ensure legal compliance requirements are met
11. Support clients through the sale/purchase of the property and provide regular updates
12. Assist in preparing property marketing details (photographs and brochure descriptions)
13. Perform other administrative duties as required
14. Handle invoicing and statements
Requirements
1. Experience as an administrative assistant or in a relevant customer service role
2. Can reliably commute to and from the office daily (driver preferred)
3. Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills
4. Strong data entry skills with a high level of accuracy
5. Highly organized with strong attention to detail
6. Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
7. Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality
