Provide day to day supervision for an administration team within the Administration Support Team, including PDRs. Authorises expenses for direct report in AST. Specialist knowledge of a clinical service area or range of services supported by the Administration Support Team. Complex data analysis and reporting using IT systems. Systems Super User available for advice and support to administration and clinical/medical staff. Compiles clinical rosters and deals with queries and changes to roster. Calculates and maintains annual leave records within clinical teams. Supporting clinical services with administration tasks including audio typing, on request. Ensures all facilities issues raised appropriately with Facilities Management. Answering queries, progress chasing, task-related problem solving and resolving issues for clinical/medical staff or patients and providing non-clinical advice or information to others. Data inputting into clinical and administrative systems. Responsible for the implementation of standard processes/procedures and contributes to service development through making suggestions at team meetings etc. Responsible for ensuring processes in place for sufficient levels of stationery and stock available within clinical areas. Booking agency staff/temporary staff and ensuring temporary induction processes are completed by management. Ensuring the induction process for new starters and others in the team. Assisting with the induction of new starters in clinical teams. To contribute to achieving the KPIs, service level agreements and implementing benchmarking/standards. Establishing effective relationships with external contacts and partnership agencies and ensuring Provide is represented as an outstanding organisation.
