Job Description

Service Care Solutions are currently working alongside a expanding law firm based in West Yorkshire. They are seeking a Conveyancerto join their team.
If you have experience in Conveyancing as a paralegal or a qualified Solicitor and are looking for a new challenge, Then thisrole could be the perfect opportunity for you.
This role pays a competitive salary of £25,000 - £35,000 annum depending on experience.
Responsibilities of the Conveyancer:

* Preparing and reviewing contracts, lease agreements, and other property-related legal documents
* Liaising with solicitors, mortgage lenders, real estate agents, and local authorities
* Keeping clients informed throughout the transaction process..
About you as a Conveyancer:
* Strong knowledge of property law and conveyancing procedures
* Excellent communication and negotiation skills
* Have strong communication skills written and verbal.
* At least 3 years experience in conveyancing.
