* Work collaboratively with store colleagues to solve problems and deliver a great shopping experience.
* Maintain a safe and legal environment in the store, ensuring shelves are stocked and prices, dates, and temperatures are accurate.
* Help introduce new products and services, making changes feel natural and sharing experiences with colleagues.
* Support local community initiatives and events.
