I am recruiting on behalf of a well-regarded primary school in Congleton, which is looking for a committed and enthusiastic qualified teacher to join their team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the classroom, inspiring and nurturing young learners in a supportive school environment.
About the Role
This is a full-time teaching position with flexible day-to-day work. The successful candidate will:
* Plan and deliver engaging and creative lessons that cater to different learning styles and abilities.
* Create a positive and stimulating learning environment where pupils feel encouraged and supported.
* Monitor and assess student progress, ensuring all children reach their full potential.
* Work collaboratively with colleagues and support staff to enhance the learning experience.
* Maintain the school’s high standards for teaching and learning, following the national curriculum.
Who We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate will be a qualified primary teacher (QTS) with a genuine passion for education and child development. You should have:
* A strong understanding of effective teaching strategies for primary-aged children.
* Strong knowledge of the National Curriculum.
* The ability to motivate and engage students in their learning.
* Excellent communication and classroom management skills.
* A flexible and adaptable approach to teaching, ensuring all students thrive.
* A commitment to safeguarding and student welfare.
