We have been retained by a key client of ours in the fenestration sector to source and secure a Regional Sales Manager for their South region. Our client is a growing company in the aluminium fabrication space and is now looking to expand their RSM team.
Reporting directly to the Commercial Director, you will be responsible for:
1. Growing the region through a technical, solutions-based sales style.
2. Expanding the customer network through current and new products being introduced to the market.
3. Delivering on the growth strategy with a key focus placed on new business.
4. Ensuring a consultative sale.
5. Focusing on installers, fitters, housebuilders, and merchants.
Experience in selling a fenestration or construction-based product to installers, manufacturers, or merchants is essential. You will be well-versed in technical sales rather than off-the-shelf selling. Our client is looking for someone who will focus on a solutions-led sales approach. You will be an excellent communicator and will be organized and structured in your approach. This role requires a hunter mentality.
This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established yet expanding organization. You will be rewarded with a basic salary of up to £40,000 as well as a car and bonus. OTE is typically £100,000.
