Service Desk Coordinator
Location: Atlas Business Park, Wythenshawe, M22 5PRContract: Permanent, Full-time, 40hrs/weekHours: Mon-Fri, 8:00am-5:00pm
We are looking for a confident, personable and spirited Service Coordinator to join our team at Mitie TSOC.
As a Facilities Management company, Mitie has a wealth of clients that we support with their hard/soft services, this may be plumbing, electrical works, telecoms, general maintenance and much more. The Service Coordinator is responsible for supporting the function by managing work orders, engaging with site teams for updates and reflecting these updates on our systems and inputting engineer timesheets onto the finance system.
Your main duties in this position will involve allocating and dispatching reactive work orders to appropriate engineers/supply chain and ensuring that these work orders are completed within contractual timescales and SLAs. Further to this, your responsibilities will include raising and approving supply chain purchase orders and managing Outlook inboxes on a daily basis.
The ideal candidate will have experience in a high-speed office environment and utilising CRM (Customer Relationship Management) systems, such as Maximo.
