Halcyon Care are delighted to be working with a family-run domiciliary care provider based in Warrington, looking for several female support workers to expand their services.
Role Overview:
We are looking for compassionate and dynamic Female Domiciliary Support Workers to join our growing team. This role requires someone who is not only skilled in providing care but also possesses a great personality to foster genuine connections with clients. The ideal candidate will be comfortable driving within the local area and engaging with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
Key Responsibilities:
* Provide personal care and support to clients in their homes, ensuring their comfort and well-being.
* Assist with daily living activities such as meal preparation, companionship, and medication management.
* Drive clients to appointments or social outings, ensuring safe and reliable transportation.
* Build and maintain positive relationships with clients and their families, creating a supportive environment.
* Communicate effectively, attentively listening to clients' needs and preferences.
* Document care plans and report any changes in clients' conditions to the management team.
Requirements:
* Must be a female candidate (as per confidentiality policy).
* A valid driving license and access to a vehicle.
* Excellent interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for helping others.
* Strong communication skills to interact with clients of all ages and backgrounds.
* Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided.
* A willingness to undergo background checks and training as required.
