Red Tiger Marketing are supporting iconic British motorcycle brand Norton Motorcycles with recruiting a Design Traffic Manager.
Role Summary
The Design Traffic Manager plays a critical role in supporting the Design Organisation by overseeing key programs and managing prioritisation within the Design Office. This position ensures the seamless execution of operational and creative initiatives aligned with our premium brand positioning, facilitating product creation within the broader business context.
Key Responsibilities
* Program & Workflow Management: Lead the coordination, development, and management of key creative programs, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Prioritise tasks based on their impact and importance to optimise efficiency.
* Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the Design Leadership Team, Enterprise-wide Programme Managers, and Project Leads to ensure smooth program delivery and business optimisation.
* Governance & Process Alignment: Maintain consistency in workflow, program cadence, and governance within the creative hub, ensuring that creative processes are properly integrated across the business.
* Stakeholder Engagement: Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring alignment across teams and delivering an exceptional internal customer experience.
* Design & Marketing Synchronisation: Partner with the Commercial Team to align creative reviews and PR activities with business priorities, ensuring a seamless connection between the Design and Marketing functions.
* Reporting & Communication: Serve as a central point of contact for information requests from internal teams and external agencies, handling reporting and management information efficiently.
With business-wide exposure, this role offers the opportunity to influence creative operations at scale while fostering collaboration across multiple departments. The ideal candidate will bring strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced creative environment.
