About The Role We are searching for a dedicated and experienced Project Manager to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to oversee the delivery of multiple Domestic and Commercial ground source heat pump installations, ensuring projects are completed to the highest standards while meeting compliance requirements. Your Key Responsibilities Manage the delivery of Domestic and Commercial projects from start to finish. Coordinate and supervise sub-contractors to ensure quality, timeliness, and compliance with regulations. Liaise with householders, clients, agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth project communication and scheduling. Attend pre-contract meetings to advise on technical requirements, health & safety, and contractual matters. Prepare construction phase plans, risk assessments, and health & safety policies. Oversee project schedules, financial forecasts, and progress monitoring. Manage the commissioning process to ensure compliance with MCS, ECO, RHI, and building regulations. Supervise Site Managers and ensure adherence to CDM regulations. Excellent communication skills and first-class customer service. Financial management expertise and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to achieving net zero goals. SMSTS Certificate, Asbestos Awareness, and CSCS Card Holder. EUSR Excavations and Manual Handling certifications. Strong MS Office skills. Desirable Skills & Certifications First Aid, Mental Health First Aid, COSHH, and Working at Height certifications. Temporary Works Supervisor or related qualifications at Level 4 or above. How will Kensa support you?
