Whatyou'll do
As a recognisedincident management specialist, you’ll be leading technical andoperational support for services, activities and processes, andproviding leadership and direction in support of bank-wide servicestability. We’ll look to you to act with pace when recovering orprotecting service, and with thoroughness when considering the riskto service.
You’ll alsobe:
* Building andmaintaining the capability of your team to make sure that thelevels of service and quality of deliverables meet the needs of thebank
* Leading some of the wider technology andpeople-focused activities to fulfil the needs of thebank
* Collaborating, communicating, andinfluencing senior stakeholders internally and externally inincident management area
* Managing the bank wideincident management framework, capability and exercising strategyfor gold and incident co-ordination cross bank groups, andsupporting your team to workeffectively
* Managing your team’s operationsincluding finances, operational risks and continuous improvementactivities
Theskills you'll need
We’relooking for someone with advanced knowledge of crisis or incidentmanagement disciplines in a financial services environment. You’llalso need to be a capable communicator with the ability tocommunicate complex technical concepts to senior colleagues andstakeholders.
Additionally,you’llneed:
* Knowledge ofindustry crisis or incident management best practice andprocesses
* Knowledge of service delivery in abanking and IT environment
* Good collaborationand stakeholder management skills at executivelevel
