Senior Personal Trainer/Coach
Background
Due to a period of rapid growth our client is looking to employ a Senior Personal Trainer to join the team. This position is a full time role requiring the right candidate to be available for; early mornings, evening and weekends.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership and Team Support: Assume a leadership role as a shift leader, overseeing daily operations, and providing guidance and support to Junior and Assistant Coaches to ensure team cohesion and performance excellence.
Specialisation Contribution: Bring a specialised skill set in a particular fitness area and actively contribute to the growth of our business through innovative strategies and initiatives aimed at attracting and retaining members.

Results-Oriented Approach: Utilise expertise to drive measurable results, assisting members in reaching their fitness milestones and objectives. Document members' results accurately and comprehensively to track progress and demonstrate the effectiveness of coaching interventions.
Membership Conversion and Retention: Implement effective strategies to convert trialists into full-time members and to ensure ongoing member satisfaction and retention.
Excellent Customer Service: Address customer service issues promptly and effectively, ensuring the highest level of satisfaction for all members. Be vigilant of emerging patterns of negative feedback from clients and report them promptly to management for resolution.
SOP Execution: Consistently execute all coaching and internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to a high standard, ensuring adherence to quality and consistency.
Facility Maintenance: Ensure the facility is always cleaned to a high standard, maintaining a safe and inviting environment for members. Promptly report any damage or low supplies to the person in charge of maintenance to ensure timely resolution and uninterrupted operations.
Team Development: Attend weekly Team Development meetings to stay informed about company updates, share best practices, and contribute to team growth and cohesion.
Candidate Requirements
The ideal candidate for this role will have:
Level 3 Personal Trainer or above
At least 1 years experience working within a group training environment

Strong Leadership Skills
An excellent understanding of Strength and Conditioning
Excellent and confident communicator
